We are in an era that requires more than following step-by-step task lists. DSI strives to fully engage and involve the participants in the training experience and to make sure they see the big picture. We want the training to allow participants to become problem-solvers and collaborators and to forge relationships for information exchange and synthesis.

“Play” has an important place in training. The serious side of training is necessary, of course, to build knowledge and skill for successful performance. But we think adding some light-hearted games and humor, allowing participants to interact with each other, laugh, and have fun, contributes greatly to knowledge and skill retention.
