DSI FIRST™ is our specialized performance-based analysis tool. DSI FIRST™ allows us to efficiently and expertly capture and document key performance indicators (KPIs) or other performance measures for entire systems and/or processes. This lets us immediately identify and document training objectives and content to meet the KPIs. DSI FIRST™ also allows us to capture and document intellectual capital to apply to training and performance solutions and end-user materials. This phase of a project lets us identify instructor needs and introduce and use communication techniques that are appropriate to the background and expertise of the target audience, in the appropriate language, and aligned with your organizational culture and business goals.

Our Instructional Systems Design Model ensures training programs and performance solutions that are accurate, thorough, and effective. Whether the final product is Web-based or classroom, training and performance solutions development is an iterative process, and we strongly encourage client participation throughout the process all the way through to implementation. Our process includes a series of client sign-off and approval points so that we are always in agreement that the project is progressing on track and within budget.
