DSI FIRST ™, our performance-based analysis tool, allows us to efficiently and expertly capture and document key performance indicators or other performance measures for entire systems and processes. This lets us immediately identify and document training objectives and preliminary content to meet the key performance indicators. It also allows us to capture intellectual capital, identify instructor needs, and identify instructional strategies that appropriate to the background and expertise of the target audience.
