Management.  DSI,
Inc. is a custom training development company located
in Austin, Texas. The company is privately owned by Daphene
Vance with no outside investors. DSI has the capability
of building turnkey applications where our clients require
a full-service development partner, or we can integrate client
resources into the development team.
Teams. Instructional designers and consultants with advanced degrees in Education, Instructional Technology, and Educational Psychology lead teams of technical writers, graphic artists, media-production specialists, and programmers. Our experienced project managers see that your development budget is used efficiently and effectively. The group is headed by Arvis Green, a 24-year DSI veteran who is unsurpassed in her abilities as liason between DSI-Client teams for project scheduling, coordination, delivery, and implementation (on time and in budget).
Specialists. Our specialists are highly
skilled and multitalented in communications, educational procedures,
computer applications, and instructional technology. Our creative
writers, editors, programmers, translators, and artists are
seasoned professionals able to understand, implement, and
complete new projects within specific time frames.
Trainers. DSI trainers have decades of experience in workshop and training course delivery. Most hold advanced degrees in Education, Communications, and Instructional Technology. While training styles vary, all deliver fun, fast-paced, activity-driven training sessions. From workshops to 12-module courses, our trainers ensure participant engagement and skill practice.
